Spielberg's Jurassic Park established a visual template: the lush tropical greens of island life, the cool steel of the visitor center, the warm amber of the bioluminescent dinosaur egg. The series has returned to this palette across sequels, with the jungle's suffocating green providing the context within which everything terrible happens. The dinosaurs themselves are designed to emerge from rather than contrast with their environment.
