Refund Policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't entered production yet. Once a print has been produced, we're unable to cancel it.

To cancel, email hello@colorinfilm.com right away with your order number in the subject line.

Returns

Because every print is made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless your item arrived damaged.

If your order arrived damaged, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to contact us. Email hello@colorinfilm.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo showing the damage

We'll make it right as quickly as we can — either a replacement or a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
